My complaint:
This particular gas station is across the street from my apartments. So I am a regular customer so I know that. Every morning they have to fill the ATM up. I simply asked if that’s what they were doing and no one answered me. No one even spoke to me. I called a little bit later and asked about the a t m and if it was fixed and she told me no. So I go over there and the a t m is working. The man that was working told me that he didn’t want to get middle of it and she hid in her office.
Suggested solution:
Either talk to that lady that work this morning, October 3rd 2023. Or fire her because I am a very loyal customer. And you can ask miss Kelly that.
