My complaint:
She is always yelling at her employees and when I’m trying to wait to check out she is either yelling at employees or in the office swearing cuz she’s angry it’s an everyday thing I hate going in the morning but it’s convenient for me to before heading to work
Suggested solution:
Transfer that lady or get rid of her, the morning crew don't need that. They try hard to stay happy and positive but I can see it's putting a toll on them. Especially the new ones
