My complaint:
On December 25,2020 I went into my local EZ mart in Oak Grove Louisiana. The ice machine was out of ice. A customer asked about ice and she proceeded to yell cuss words at all of the customer currently in the store. I did not see a name tag so I don’t know her name. But the time was between 9 and 9:30 pm.
Suggested solution:
As this is not the first time I have witnessed this employee being rude I think she should be reprimanded. I have spoken with someone before about her behavior and it would be taken care of. But apparently it was not.
