My complaint:
Some months ago I noticed that 2 beers – Prazsky and Hackenberg were no longer on the shelf. I asked several members of staff but no one knew why.
I emailed customer service and got an acknowledgement but no follow up as promised. I sent another 4 mails but did not get any response.
I also phoned customer service and their grocery section who both said they would get back to me but did not do so
Suggested solution:
By following normal customer service procedure and getting back to me.
It is a very basic query - have these two products being discontinued or will they be appearing again on the shelf
