My complaint:
This is the 2nd time complaining about the same problem. Poor fit of paper cups to travel trays. Today I wasted another $10.00 buying 3 exlarge hot coffees, when I returned home and was removing travel tray from my car one cup popped out of the tray spilling all over the driveway and cup2 the lid was not on properly so 12 of that cup spilled all over the passenger seat. Bottom line is for $10.00 I ended up with a cup and a 12 of coffee.and again I have to clean my car seat!! So in conclusion my decision was made that after FORTY YEARS of enjoying your brew and loyal patronage I will NO LONGER be going to Dunkin Donuts.

I have already said about my opinion of adjusting the size of your trays to fit the new paper cups in previous complaints.
