My complaint:
I have lived at my residence since 2015 in January 2018 my electric bill went 200 to 750 and has not gone back down I have made numerous attempts to have someone at duke help me with NO RESPONSE I have had electrician check everything found nothing I have tankless hot water heater propane gas heat and City water I have paid out to date this year close to 9000.00 in light bills I need someone to help me please

Find out what the problem is that is causing extremely high light bill and resolve it
