My complaint:

I had 4200$ fraudulently taken out of my bank account by DraftKings AND THEN MY ACCOUNT WAS MAGICALLY LOCKED my account was obv hacked. DraftKings does not have a customer service phone number only email. The number they have takes you to a voicemail which they don’t respond back to I’ve sent over 30 emails to DraftKings
They don’t respond back to anything besides the email I attached saying we would like to re estate your account admit you made the purchases blah blah blah and upload your id and you can use our site again. No I don’t want to use your site I want you to refund my bank for the fraudulent charges!!! Emailing them is useless they don’t care and they won’t tell you anything just try to get you to admit it’s ur fault. I want a refund for these fraud charges! It’s ironic my account was locked after they took my money. The customer service is terrible and nothing gets taken serious this isn’t fair ! I want my money back I’ve email so manyyyy emails and left so many voicemails no one gets back to me with any real information just wanting me to re activate my account they don’t deal with the real concern of fraud!
