My complaint:
DRAFTKINGS FANTASY SPORTS APP HAS BEEN SKAMMING ME OUT OF MONEY THAT I ACTUALLY WON! I emailed support about the dilemma with screenshots to show them where my player’s stats information was inaccurate and they responded with a total lie saying that there was no inaccuracies. They ignored the evidence and refused to pay me the money that I won.
I was never awarded the proper contest winnings to my account from the recent Showdown Captain Mode contests that I entered on 02/18 02/22. The amount should’ve been about $7400.
I’ve attached the screenshots of this error for your verification.
Upon review of this error it appears that my Captain’s points were swapped with the 1st place winner’s captain for a winning of $400.
And the All Star contest error has the wrong fantasy points listed for my Captain T. Haliburton. The correct fantasy points that he scored that night is 95.08
Suggested solution:
By depositing the money that I won onto my DFS account and reinstating my brother(Markeith Lavine Brown/Username Montana_Max) and sister(Megan Nicole Brown/Username MontanaMax777) accounts because the same fraud was committed on their accounts as well and Draftkings Fantasy Sports had their accounts permanently banned and kept the money won to hide the evidence. An investigation into the contest entries of my siblings accounts will reveal some startling evidence in support of my dispute.
