I was trying to sign up to take advantage of their new customer promotion. I submitted scanned copy of my drivers license as well as all my personal info including social security number. They kept telling me to wait as they were processing my information? Finally, they sent me an email this morning telling me they couldn’t verify my identity.
Here is their communication with me:
Thank you for your patience during our Sportsbook verification process. We wanted to send you an update on the status of your account.
After reviewing your information, we were unable to verify your identity using our data source. I know this is a disappointing result. Although we were unable to verify your identity at this time, you are more than welcome to check back again in a few months, as our data source is updated periodically. There is no additional action required until then.
In the meantime, you can still play on Daily Fantasy and Marketplace.
