Dr Pepper complaint: Floating Flakes

My complaint:

5 out of 8 of my 8pk of 12 Oz bottles of dr pepper have white flakes floating on top. I’ve been drinking dr pepper for 50 years and never had an issue.

I want to know what this is and WHY it's in my drink
