My complaint:
Every week I purchase 6 12 packs of Dr pepper from kroger and every case for the past 2 months has had atleast 3 non carbonated cans that are sucked in and then you maybe even luckier and find them completely empty. With the high rising costs of sodas for a 12 pack and to only get 9 that are drinkable ibsolutely disappointing to say the least. It’s an outrage at the extremely high amount of complaints for the same issue… I’m absolutely nervous about wasting 1 more dollar on your sodas at this point. How do u plan to compensate for the poor quality control within your company!!!!???? I would submit a photo but at this point and the massive number of complaints what’s the point! Do better!!
Suggested solution:
They need to compensate us due to the cost of a 12 pack being extremely high and only getting 9 sodas if your lucky that time! I would rate them a -1 if I was able to!
