My complaint:
DPD is one of the worst shipping company I ever seen, staff is not experienced driver are rough and rude not clean at all never delivered items on time, when call customer service no one give correct answers, looks like management make nice incomes what else they want nobody should use this junk carrier.
I have never had a package delivered on time from UPS, it’s always several days to weeks late. I wish Amazon and others would stop using them.
Suggested solution:
This is repeated time and time again. They have to change everything!
