My complaint:
I have me all of the prerequisites for Top Dasher status and I never received it. I’ve called doordash support at least 10 times and have been lied to by every single representative that I have talked to. They told me my acceptance rating was 67% when it was 76%. They will not forward me to a supervisor or boss, I can not get this issue resolved. My case has been escalated twice now and the person it was escalated to said i’m receiving top dasher perks and it would be active as of July 5th 12am PST and it was just a lie.
Suggested solution:
Absolutely terrible experience. They hang up on you, call you a liar when they are the ones lying and will not help resolve your issue. Because I can't dash whenever I can't make money and I can't pay my bills.
