My complaint:
Salad had seeds I didn’t order!!!! I called the store and Nancy was willing to give me a FULL refund and replace my salad!!!!! However door dash decided to give me 10.00 bucks!!! I offered to conference the call so door dash could see I’m being truthful!!! The rep refused to let me call!! I’m very upset that door dash isn’t willing to give me a FULL REFUND and the store is!!!! I will be telling my entire family to remove door dash App!!!! This isn’t superior customer service at all especially when the store wants to refund me in FULL!!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Provide a FULL REFUND just as the store is willing to do and I can prove what Nancy told me at the store!!! Don’t try to take advantage of a person who order was not what they expected!!! Customers order what they like!!!!!!
