My complaint:
I ordered two large pizzas my order was completely wrong. I called and spoke to a lady she btold me she would put me in the system for a remake credit whenever I wanted to redeem it. I called trying to redeem my order. I was out on hold for a long time and then disconnected. I called back they said I would have to wait for the gm to call me back after 5. She never called so I called back the next day. The gm ty gram was very rude and insinuated me being a liar!
Suggested solution:
They should give me my money back or fix my order and better training on dealing with customers.
