My complaint:
First off why is there options to order online or by phone if it’s still going to be wrong and I still have to wait then when I asked to speak to to a manager he would not come and talk to to me so after standing there nearly 30mins a girl comes to thee window with the correct order but this time I want a refund and still all the time I’m asking to speak to a manager he still would not come talk to me the she comes back and says I’m a manager in training but I still couldn’t talk to the manager I don’t even know if my money is really refunded to my card or nothing

Work on customer service skills and still want to talk to somebody
