My complaint:
Last Night I have ordered pizzas n Butterscotch mousse from the Dominos BankMore Dhanbad Jharkhand outlet From Dominos Application which they accepted to deliver to my address and have taken the payment done. After the order got recieved n started prepared 15 minutes the Restaurant Manager named Ashit Mondal called me and asked to deliver the Food package 1 km Before from my selected address set to deliver in the app as he said he can’t deliver to my address . After 10 minutes conversation when i agreed that i am ok to recieve from there too then he said sorry he could deliver only to my address . Is he a fool or something or making fool of us. Again after 5 minutes conversation he asked me to travel to the outlet at this Lockdown and recieve from there only .He asked me go cancel my order which i said i will not . Then he forcely cancelled the order from either side. Which i told that i will complaint to dominos customer care authorities the replied as u wish.
Suggested solution:
Please take same serious action against him as he is ill mannered man taking advantage of this pandemic in lockdown. And How can they open this outlet in this Full Lockdown in this state and ask thier customer to reach to their outlets coming outside of home to took the Food order in Lockdown situation
