My complaint:

Ordered 40 honey garlic wings for kids, order came, kids started eating and than start crying as they said it is burning. I tried wing and wings were hot.

Call the store , they apologized and said they will send honey garlic again, order came in, same thing, wing are hot. Called store again and was told that it was mistake on their said again.

Third time order came in , check order right on front of the driver and wing are still hot sauce, not honey garlic. Driver said to call store manager.All food was send back with the driver.

I called manager and explained that wing are not honey garlic, manager said that wing may not look the same but it is honey garlic as they changed wing provider. I said it is not the same and my kids cant eat as it is burning, I asked for the refund as I paid over $50 and order was sent 3 times wrong, Manager said nothing can be done and told to email head office as I am not pleased with taste, there is difference hot and honey garlic. Order 184 in Brantford Ontario.
