Dominos Pizza complaint: Texting App is not accurate

My complaint:

We have lived in our home for over 25 years and ordered from the same Dominoes around the corner for all these years. I’d typically had a good experience up until this past year or so. Horrible! The only reason I order now is for the kids. They ruined my sons birthday in May (3 hours to deliver….we already opened gifts and ate the cake waiting…..and to top it off the pizzas wre wrong!!!) and I swore I would never order from there again. Today I have a bunch of kids over and placed an order. It said online approx delivery time 23 minutes. I have the app and clicked to receive a text when its on its way. I got a text that said your order is being handled by Colby. Then a text later that it’s on it way. Then a text that said he was pulling in. Pulling in where? Not here! That was 30 minutes ago! He we go again! I called the store and said that he was lost and the girl said no, the app must not be working. We only have one driver, I don’t know why it said that. OMG. You have got to be kidding me. How is that location still open? How does it still have any customers? It’s ridiculous. So here we all wait again!!!

Suggested solution:

Please call them. Better yet....please send someone in there from corporate to inspect, get it staffed, and do training. Please. And if the App doesn't work....don't offer it to customers.
