My complaint:
This most recent issue on 81220, when the Delivery guy got here he must’ve knocked on the screen door which we won’t hear normally if the tv is on or if we’re upstairs, it was unlocked so he should’ve knocked on the main door because we definitely would’ve heard that. He also SHOULD’VE attempted to CALL once he didn’t get a response. We and a lot of people we know have had multiple issues with this specific domino’s on 1909 W Cheltenham Ave, Elkins Park, PA 19027, USA. The only solution for this store is to find more competent employees that actually care about the job. The employees that are currently working there lack customer service skills and are simply there for a check. When we call to see what problem is we are never rude but the employees their (including the manager) are either hostile or nonchalant. They “didn’t know” who delivered our food so they couldn’t or didn’t want to contact him to get him to come back. The manager said it would be another 30 mins before the driver got back so they could send him back out or they could give us a refund that would take 2-5 days when all we want is our food accompanied by decent service. The time before this they took 4 HOURS to deliver our food and by the time we got it it was COLD. Whenever we order it literally takes hours to get our food even tho they would mark it delivered on the app within 40 mins.
Suggested solution:
The only solution for this store is to find more competent employees that actually care about the job. The employees that are currently working there lack customer service skills and are simply there for a check.(including the manager) This is not an isolated incident. We have been beyond patient and have given multiple chances.
