My complaint:
I order pizza 8-12-20 around 12:15am the guy asked I told him delivery he said for amber right I said yes asked if he delivered to my address he said hold on let me check said yes we do (didn’t specify the address waited till 1:30 for delivery driver to call and say they were here didn’t see her so I called told her my address she said ok let me let them know I’ll be on my way never showed up called back the guy on phone said I gave him the wrong address I never gave him a address in the first place never gave me a call to let me know what was going on to pick it up
Suggested solution:
You guys used to always deliver to my address now you guys don’t deliver to Odell st If he was nice enough so I may explain myself I would’ve went and picked my order up and gave me the chance he hung up and for me to have a good night very rude and unpleasant guy I wanted my order I believe I should receive my meal for free and they should listen to our recorded call
