My complaint:
Hello Dominos,
I would now like to form a formal complaint.
Store 5756 on Indian Trail in Norcross GA has the worst service I’ve experienced in a while. It was bad enough that when I placed the delivery order on 12720 the order took almost two hours, the food was old and cold and after providing feedback and receiving the compensation I thought we could try again. Well, I was sadly mistaken. I contacted the store today 12920 at 5:49 pm, spoke with Nick, Manager and he said he’s sorry if I didn’t call the same day it was nothing he could do. I explained that I did notify and was given these points as reimbursement. He said the best he could do was replace the order but someone would have to pick it up. Now, I ordered delivery because my son has no transportation and I’m no where near the location. He place me on hold for an hour and did not come back. I’ve called back multiple times and they pick the phone up and hang up. This is horrible and I would like for someone to contact me to address this gross negligence and disputable service. We just wanted to place an order so my son could eat and now I have to write this letter.
Totally unacceptable!
