My complaint:

I had put my online pizza order in two hours before should have been delivered. Put it in at 530 an asked for it to be delivered at 745 which should have been PLENTY of time an instead when I go on break it’a not outside so I call the store an they said be about 25 minutes? So I said well I work 5 minutes away I’ll drive up there. So I drove up there an they can’t find my order anywhere in the system so after about 7 minutes of looking then they tell me it’s on it’s way to the delivery at my job. So then I have to drive back to work an there my pizza is, 25 minutes late. I only have a 30 minute break! This has happened multiple times at my job.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I feel I should get a refund. I added my order to the proof u can look me up or on the cameras I’m sure the girl that talked to me thru the drive thru will tell u about me! Not only did I not get to have a lunch break but my pizza was cold by the time I did get it. How hard could it be to get an order on time when u got it 2 hours in advance!?
