My complaint:
The issue that I have experienced was: The branch was Bagalur Main Road, Kattigenahalli, Bangalore Branch.
Worst orders. 5 margeritas and 1 cheese dominator. Very rude staff. Delayed too much. And the pizzas were not hot at all whole receiving. The amount of cheese was too less in all the pizzas and the cheese dominator literally weighed just 10 gms more than the margerita whereas they promise 1 pound of cheese. I also experienced upset stomach and found out that it was due to the pizza adulteration. Did not experience such a worst product before this. I complained directly to dominos, and received a call, but responded rudely and no resolution was provided. Worst products and very rude staff. Dominos promises free pizzas or a refund based on unsatisfactory customers, but I received neither. I received no resolution after repeating complaints in the dominos website as well as their Twitter response. Hoping for strict action on this branch and a resolution by submitting the complaint here.
Suggested solution:
If anyone is calling me, it should be between 2PM-9PM. We either need remake of all the pizzas which should be prepared as per company standards which I get from other branches and they should provide me delivery because I don't plan on going back to the restaurant. Or we need a complete refund for the value of all the orders which amounts to about Rs.1750.
