My complaint:
Wow ordered a pizza late last night along with a stuffed cheesy bread and a salad and a dessert which was the lava cakes. Well I had a promotional code which was for 20% off when I tried to order online it wouldn’t let me so I called the Radcliff office on Wilson Road I explain to the general manager the situation she said there’s nothing she can do to help me.Then she decided to let me know she wouldn’t have any idea how to use our do the promotional code even if I could use it so 20 minutes of an argument got me nowhere by the time I hung the phone up I mean 10 minutes they’re knocking on my door. I’m gonna make this real clear that pizza was not fresh it look like it been sitting for a couple hours I mean it was like rubbery like It was the deluxe pizza which I had hamburger to I wouldn’t of made it to a homeless guy. Then I got a tear in my stuff cheesy bread like a quarter of the whole end of it didn’t have crap in it no cheese nothing for inches it of dough. So now I’m already pissed off because $35 is $35 when I have a promotional code that I couldn’t use which would’ve been 20% off the whole meal so I move on to the Salad, That salad was wilted and Brown are then Ray Charles I mean absolutely horrible looking well that didn’t finish it so I moved on to the lava cakes they were so dang hard my pitbull couldn’t even Chew Them up I got a video of me throwing it on the table on the glass table and couldn’t even like a powdered sugar off of it that’s a hard they. 270-351-2121 Is the store number on Wilson Road I just found a plum pitiful that a person would not take any more earnest and pride in their job then to take $35 From a person and hand him food that isn’t even edible. Then I call a moment ago to speak to another manager his name is Ben And I told him I wanted a refund he said it would not make a note about it he leave a message for the next manager in line I don’t know about you but I’m pretty mad about this and more kind of hurt because I’ve ordered a lot of pizza from Domino’s I guess one of my main order places and get such horrible service not only you know customer wise but food wise to that’s just pitiful and can’t even give me any kind of options
Suggested solution:
I deserve a refund of my money and something else to show curtesy for the horrible customer treatment an the unwillingness to hep as Well as in edible food. In which I went to bed last night not having dinner thanks to unappreciative people that can’t do their job
