My complaint:
I am a customer who have repeatedly heard my self and from other customers that this store has certain people in assistant managerial positions who constantly curse at other employees, yell at other employees and have horrible people skills, poor customer service interaction. I have before spoken to the store manager after witnessing myself the bullying and verbal abuse of certain employees to other employees and manager said he would take care of it. However, months later same people in authority are still employed there and this behavior is still going on according to another customerfriend of mine.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of those who are verbally abusing other employees with curse words and yelling and also degrading others. How can a company in this day in age even have workers like that. I have been a customer of this store for many years but will never go there again until I see they have ether cleaned house or properly trained those certain assistant managers how to be kind and professional to their fellow co workers and to us as customers.
