My complaint:

Ordered the 7.99 Pizza Special by phone. Wanted to give my card at that time, but was told they were opened and could give my card information at that time. Went in the store put in my card twice and an error message came up. Cashier put it in manually and still error message. I told her I had plenty money in my account. Therefore I had to go to BBT to the ATM to get cash which was about a mile from Dominos. She referred me to the General Manager who only apologize but was very unprofessional
I want my money back which was 9.13. I do not want or will I order pizza from Dominos again. I had previously ordered several times before. It appears there was a problem with your machine since I had no problem using the ATM. By the time I did all this my pizza was cold. Hind sight I should have left the pizza there and gone to Papa John or Pizza Hut.
