My complaint:

My son came to the store to pick up our order when he noticed all the workers inside the store were not wearing any mask and that a lady was already arguing with the workers about them not wearing their mask. My son ask if he can cancel our order because he’s not comfortable getting the pizza when he knows all the workers are not wearing any mask and the person in the cashier said yes and they will cancel the order. I also called the store to follow up my cancellation. The manager called and said my order cannot be cancelled because its food and that they follow covid protocol.

Suggested solution:

The store and the manager should just cancelled my order. It’s not my fault nobody in their staff was wearing masks and that we are not comfortable taking and eating the puzza.
