My complaint:

ON FRIDAY NOV 6 I PLACED AN ORDER THAT CAME UP TO 34.29 IT WAITED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AN NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD
I CALLED THE STORE SOME ONE SAID THAT THE DRIVER CALLED MY PHONE BUT NO ONE EVERY DID THEN THE WENT ON TO SAY
THAT COULDNT DRIVER MY PIZZA BACK OUT TO ME I WOULD
HAVE TO COME GET IT AT 11 O’CLOCK AT NIGHT AN THE MY
DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR A PURCHASE I NEVER
RECEIVED IM VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED I DONT THIING
I WILL EVERY ORDER PIZZA FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN

Suggested solution:

I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY CREDITED BACK TO ME I BASICALLY PAID 68.58 FOR PIZZA I DIDNT RECEIVE I ENDED UP PLACING AN ORDER
WITH PIZZA HUT FOR THE SAME ITEMS AND IT WAS 5.00 CHEAPER
THAN YOU PRICE
