My complaint:
Walk in area closed. Went to drive through to order and pay, was told i had to call it in. We don’t take orders at the drive through. Did not have a phone and was from out of town. I could have ordered and paid and waited in parking lot, like everyone else.
Suggested solution:
Change policy
