on May 1, 2021 I ordered the 2 medium pizzas with a 2 liter and garlic parm bites and cinnamon twists at 9:03pm for delivery to my apartment 5 minutes away. after waiting an hour and a half and still nothing i checked the pizza tracker and it said it was still being prepped so i called 3 times and there was no answer. my roomate called another half an hour later so now 2 hours after ordering and they said that they answered and said they had no delivery drivers so it would be another 1.5 to 2 hours till we got out pizza so we asked if we could change it to pick up and they said said that it would be 20-30mins and we could pick it up. At 11:30 we went to pick it up and they said they hadn’t even started our order yet and that it would be another 20 minutes. 3 hours later and finally getting our food the pizzas were not good and it was already almost 1 am so we didn’t want to call and make a complaint then.
i understand that they were super busy but 3 hours for food is not acceptable and they should have canceled the order or called us to let us know what what going on. i would like to be compensated for what we spent at the least
