My complaint:
Tha pizza was ordered on Thursday, September 24th at 7:06 pm by my special needs nephew. When it was discovered after ten that it hadn’t been delivered a call was made to inquire about it. When asked about the problem, the person sounded surprised and said it was coming out of the oven then and hung up. The pizza wasn’t delivered until 11:26PM!!! It looked as if it had been sitting for hours and then reheated. My nephew ate only two slices of it and said it wasn’t good. When I called the next day to complain about the delivery time and the bad pizza, I was told by the manager that the whole pizza had to be returned. The costs if the pizza was $15.94 and the order number was 666, it was a barbecue chicken pizza.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money or give another pizza.
