Friends, a word of caution to those of you in the Naples area. Do not frequent the Domino’s Pizza at 15275 Collier Blvd. Most of you have followed me long enough to know that I am a person of great patience and few complaints. This blog was set up to feature recommendations. This afternoon I had a particularly dreadful experience with an inexcusably rude woman at this Domino’s. I ordered as I always have from this location, expecting curbside delivery as my husband and I are quarantining, awaiting test results for Covid. There was no indication on their site that I could not have our usual curbside delivery. When my husband arrived he waited a considerable time in the parking lot before calling and explaining the situation on the phone once he did call. I followed up with a phone call to explain our particular situation. My husband was parked right outside of their door. The woman who answered did not even let me finish the sentence and hung up on me. With a Domino’s on every corner, such poor customer service should not and cannot be tolerated. I understand this is a busy time for these takeout stores. However, I have never been treated without courtesy at any one of them. There are many people needing and looking for employment. I would urge this manager to find somebody else. I will add it out of deference to the health of the employees inside the store, my husband did not go in to pick up our order which had already been paid for.
Thank you, friends. As any of you know, this has been my very first complaint on this blog.
