1st I order 2 pizza thursday night my order was totally wrong. So they gave me a credit for a med pizza. That I didn’t use yet but this manager said it was so I wasn’t worried about that because i always order from here. So I ordered saturday a pizza for my kids the order was never sent out. The crew member apologizes for the inconvenience and told me to contact the store manager sunday after 5pm . I called ordered the pizza again to be delivered no delivery tonight as well. I went to the store at this point to talk to the manager. She tells me they called my phone and rang the doorbell which didnt happen cause the door was open so i can see thru the screen door. I’m trying to talk to her but she has an attitude so nasty and being very dismissal then turns around and says look I’m giving you a free pizza and i informed her this is not free I’ve been charged for the pizza and delivery. So i asked for her name and customer feedback number she told me to look it up and I dont need to know her name so i ask again she then replied my name is Domino’s WOW!!! So i just walked out.
She needs better training to handle customer complaints. I should receive 3 free pizza for this horrible experience ! You should make someone else a manager with better customer service skills.
