My complaint:
Every single time I order from this location it takes over an hour to get delivery. Usually they’re it’s something wrong with my food as well. The manager if this location doesn’t give his employees any motivation to do better. I haven’t ordered in almost a year from this location solely because of this. Today I ordered and ury took them 25 minutes just to make my food and again over an hour to deliver.
Suggested solution:
Find a manager and staff that take pride in their work. Offer incentives to deliver within 30-45 minutes.
I think don't care what you do just figure out your supposed customer service! Provide accurate food and timely delivery. I shouldn't have to order hours before I want to eat.
