I placed a carry out order of 3 large pies and 10 piece wing. My husband picked it up and came home. When I opened the pizza orders 2 of my pies were wrong and to make it worst had pineapple. Lucky my 3 year old didn’t reach for that box when he has an allergy to pineapple. I called the store manager and told him dominoes messed up 2 of my pies he wanted me to go back to the store and pick it up. I told him I couldn’t do that because my husband had already parked. I said can you send a delivery guy with the pies and I give back the wrong pies for proof. The owner was screaming over the phone and cursed me and hung up the phone .I was in disbelief that a professional person didn’t know how to conduct themselves. How could you be a manager and cursed and hang up the phone on a lady. I will never ever purchased dominoes. I got stuck with a bill over 40 something dollars and the resentment of mistreatment this individual gave me.
They need to send this manager for training on a people to people course. How to handle himself under pressure or dissatisfied customers. I should be reimbursed my money. No one should have that kind of experience when spending their money.
