My complaint:
The local Dominos is the worst I have ever seen. They are offline this evening New Years Eve! Apparently in the time of a raging Covid epidemic they expect customers to go to their store and order in person. Their phone is always busy (no doubt because no one can order online). They have also refused to deliver because I did not order the door and argued with me about the definition of contactless delivery stating they ‘did not do that’ despite the fact that it is plastered all over the website.
I suspect it is a profitable unit because this is a small town but they still are the worst I have ever seen anywhere.
Suggested solution:
Replace the manager and audit the store.
