My complaint:
I ordered from them on 192021 in Franklinton North Carolina. I ordered 8 mild wings, cheesy bread, and cinnamon twirls. My ordered number was 1402. I use the tracker. Got a text at 6:39 that my food was in route with driver. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. I called about 6:55 to see where the food was. The employee who answers phone was very professional. Told me he didn’t know where the food was or when it would be delivered. I explained I got a text said food was in the way, he said I don’t know. He asked the manager. The manager said food was still there I asked for the manager. Expecting him to be professional and polite, he had no desire to help me said yes didn’t know when food would be delivered it sitting there. He told me when he got a driver it would be delivered. He was not concerned about the text I got that food was on the way and had the I don’t really care attitude when I asked how long it would be and how long my food would sit there and get cold. He simply didn’t care.
I want a total refund. I spent $24.98 on food that was cold and was treated crappy.
