My complaint:
I ordered pizza curbside so that i would not have to go inside the store. I followed all the directions. Park, text to let them know im there, put the hazards on, and wait. I waited for over 20 min! Finally i said enough and went inside but i did not have my mask because i ordered curbside and wasnt expecting to go in. I walked in and right away a lady said you need your mask. I know but i ordered curbside i wasnt expecting to come in. She cut me off and said it doesnt matter you need a mask. I said i dont have it i wasnt expecting to come in. I need my pizza ive just been waiting over 20min to get. Then another worker said we dont care you need a mask. These people refused to talk to me until another andgree curbside customer came in and told them how ridiculous they were being. Absolutely the worst service ever!!
Suggested solution:
I would like the staff to go through some custom service training and id like my meal paid for. I spent almost $30 to be so mad i didnt even eat the pizza i ordered!!
