My complaint:

Order delayed I was unable to collect the order as I was out of break (during my shift times). I was told I will receive a full refund back to my source account which I didnt. It was back in November 2019. NOT YET REDOLEVD

Suggested solution:

I just want what was promised a full refund to my source account. You can also listen to the call recordings
