My complaint:

I ordered on line at 5:23 on Nov.17. At 7:00 I called the store and after being on hold for 8 minutes they hung up on me. I called back again on hold for 4 minutes before my anger told me to hang up. I calmed down and called a third time the person who answered the phone told me it would be another 40 minutes. it was already over two hours so I canceled my order. It’s too bad ,because I really do like the pizza and wings. Now that I’m calmed down I just wanted you to know how this Lewiston ID downtown location is doing
