My complaint:
My debit card keeps getting charged for an order over a week ago…..been charged 3-4 times so far and counting….takes a day or 2 to reverse the charges but it keeps happening….called them sent texts…they are aware but seem to not be able to rectify the issue…..who will pay for any overdrafts as a result of their unauthorized theft……
Suggested solution:
stop taking money from my bank account and pay me restitution for my trouble...
