Dominos Pizza complaint: Took money another amount says pending but i already paid my bank said contact you

My complaint:

Ordered food got no email rang carshalton branch they said re-order and i would get my 19.99 wots pending on my account bk that was sunday

I want my money refunded cos i was charged twice
