My complaint:
I have been waiting on an order for over an hour! I did miss the first few calls I’m guessing from the driver, but when I called back I didn’t get any answer??? I have called the store with no answer multiple times. Even now I sit on hold for a long time??? Why? This location is still open until 12AM via the website so I am just very confused and dissatisfied. 05 if I had to rate it.
Suggested solution:
Answer the phones and give some customer feedback. Deliver my order.
