My complaint:
I was served by a trainee n I had a big order so I thought I’ll do two orders because the young girl was getting confused so I ordered 4 pizzas, garlic bread a bottle of fanta,then I ordered two pizzas straight after.i went back in afterr 10 to 15 minutes my 2 orders said both orders where ready so they gave me 4pizzas, garlic bread a bottle of fanta was ready n when I asked for my other order the young boy who had no .name tag on said I had to wait another 5 to 7 minutes when I asked why I had to wait he said he mucked the cut up n he had to make another one so I ended up waiting n then I ended up with 4 cold pizzas in the end I paid for hot pizzas not cold pizzas so why do I have to pay for cold pizzas when I paid for hot one’s I’m not really happy my family have pizzas once a week now Yous got me thinking I have to change my pizza night to something else but my kid’s love pizza night it’s gonna brake There Hart’s if they gotta miss pizza night but they might have to after tonight the young boy’s name was Josh n I know this because I asked his name check the order board for the night if you don’t believe it’s Wednesday night the 2end of September my name is Cathy phone number is 0487057337
Suggested solution:
Offer me hot pizzas not cold ones I'm not happy I had to feed my kids cold pizzas what do Yous think it's ok to make people wait n have cold pizzas
