My complaint:
This afternoon I ordered a large Texas BBQ pizza, cheesy garlic bread and potato wedges, the total cost £14.99, I was looking forward to my pizza as I was very hungry, I enjoyed the garlic bread but when I opened the pizza box it was very disappointing, the dough had clearly blown in the oven, it was very dry and looked as if it had been bubbling at some point, I ate the parts that I could but it was not enjoyable as the base was dry and the toppings were just chucked on and not much in general. The presentation of the pizza was unacceptable and am not sure how it passed quality checking, obviously no care for good customer service. This has happened on a couple of occasions in the past but not quite as bad but this time I’m not accepting it or I will just receive this full and boring pizza again 🙁
Suggested solution:
A full refund as it has happened before as I’ve mentioned but this time I’m not accepting this
