As a loyal customer that has been ordering from this place for over 10 year I am appalled and dissapointed in the customer service and the lack of pleasing the customer. I order online and the pizza came with the wrong sauce the driver convinced me that he knew no English( he was Asian) and that he did not know the number to the dominos store that he is delivering for he tried to act as though he was a neophyte and was clueless. He then called an intron whom I still don’t know his name but this intron states that he was the general manager. Once hearing that I sound urban he started to talk to me as though I was being insubordinate to him and he was my superior. After yelling at me and stating that they cannot give me a new pizza although I never even touched the one that was in the delivery man car he told me “I can come right now and tell you this to your face” this intransigent General Manager lacked Decorum, empathy, satisfactory customer service, amongst a plethora of distasteful characteristic traits. As the GM coninuted to prevaricate and say I can’t exchange that one item he then stated I will just get back my money and will have to wait for when they do the refund. If this is the representation of what dominos stand for I will no longer be a valued customer and I will make sure the word is spread on how certain customers are treated and their employees are hired without even knowing how to “speak English” that’s inane to hire in a chain company people you can’t even speak just a little of the native language and have them handling our money.
Refund me back my money, that General manager for the smith street Brooklyn location needs to be terminated especially after threading me, the delivery guy who is Asian needs to learn English or terminated since he was also dealing with actual money. He also needs to know the store phone number that he is delivering for.
