On Aug 29th, my husband and I ordered from dominos store located in 1917 N Prince St, Clovis NM 88101. A minute or two after the delivery man handed us our food and we closed our front door. We heard a huge crash come from the garage area. My husband went to take a look and with his surprise found that the delivery guy drove through our garage door. The delivery guy’s explanation was “i don’t know what happened my shifters shifted, i wasn’t even in the car” My husband and i didn’t know how to react. We took the drivers insurance information and i called the domino’s store. The manager was completely unbothered like these sort of things are common. He didn’t ask if anyone was okay. He didn’t ask for any details. He didn’t apologize for the driver’s actions. He didn’t offer a follow up. Nothing. Why is this person a manger if they don’t have customer service skills? Because of this delivery guy our garage is completely uncovered and our belongs aren’t protected. It was completely reckless and careless.
1) Train delivery drivers on proper delivery etiquette (like not parking on private driveways)
2) Train managers on proper customer service skills
3) Give us back our $50 dollars we spent on pizza that night
4) care about your customers
