My complaint:
I tried calling Dominos and waited for half hour and no one answered phone. I was raking my 81 year old mother to visit her friend and just had surgery. They order Dominos Pan Pizza with mushroom sausage and peppers weekly and have lunch.
Since I couldn’t get a hold of them I drove to the shop. Sat at pickup window to order and girl standing there and turned and walked away. That was it I went in store and a gentlemen who worked there walked in and said can I help you so I repeated to him what I just told you. He took order and I paid and said my niece be back to pick up and take pizza to them for I had appt at 1:00 and couldn’t wait any longer. It was 12:20. I said how long and he said 30 min. My niece went at 1:00 to pick up and the girl hadn’t even started making it. She sat there another 25 min. This is unacceptable. Now we’ve wasted from 11:50 to 1:20 for a medium pan pizza with mushrooms green peppers and sausage. But 2 elderly ladies had their hearts set on it for lunch. Worse service ever.
