My complaint:

So our delivery driver called asking did we get our pizza from a little boy , I was confused only because I have no children and no association with kids near me at the time. So I went outside and I didn’t see no child or the pizza the delivery driver was confused so I called the manager about the situation and I told her that wasn’t protocol for the simple fact he called after the pizza was already given away and she was so nonchalant about it saying it was due to Covid-19 but why weren’t we contacted beforehand and not after I ordered pizza at 9:40 pm I didn’t receive my order until

Suggested solution:

They should have compensated me with something or my whole order should have been free , I not only had to resubmit my payment several times the salad I ordered was the last one so I didn’t even get everything I once ordered and a receipt wasn’t given as well
